  • Email us to get Return Authorization with in 14 days of receipt of an item.
  • You will receive email instruction to initiate returns.
  • Send your returns according to instructions sent and with a copy of original invoice.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Return shipment must be made with fully insured registered mail of the full value of the invoice.

Refunds:

Returns On Jewelry: 
  • All tags should be attached to the product.
  • Any tampering with the tag would result in non return.
Returns On Gemstones: 
  • Once we received the gemstones, we will have to get the gemstones tested. You may incur the GIA recertification cost i.e $250. This way we can make sure that we get our genuine goods back.
