We offer FREE worldwide shipping. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

- Depending on your location and the value of the item you purchase, your item will be sent via FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS).
- You must be 18 years of age to pick up or accept delivery of our products.
- Signature is REQUIRED for all deliveries. Customers are responsible for all items after the package has been signed for. All deliveries are sent to street addresses only. PO Boxes are not accepted as shipping destinations.
Los Angeles Downtown Pick up:
- Currently, COVID19 requires that we work in a remote and contact-free manner. When the restrictions which are place because of COVID19, we will offer local pick-ups at our downtown Los Angeles office. Please review the security measures below if you would like to visit us in-person in the future:
- Appointments are mandatory. Please call us as far in advance as possible to arrange your visit.
- For safety, healthy and security reasons, we cannot allow visitors into our offices or our workshop without a pre-set appointment.
- Visitors must be willing to have their photo ID scanned for our security records.
- Weekend and after-hours appointments are available. We only accept special requests visitors during non-business hours, by appointment only (our office business hours are 10am-4pm PST, Monday through Saturday) to discuss our meeting.
- We handle your orders 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. If the item is not available when you place your order, we will inform you via email. And we're always happy to suggest alternatives and ideas.
